Kevin Onizuk started in the lending industry in 1994. His career in the mortgage business started as a top producing loan officer and he has gone on to become a leader in organizations that originated and managed billions of dollars in lending volume. He is recognized as an industry expert and has been a featured speaker and trainer in industry events across the country. He has been a featured columnist for The Scotsman Guide magazine, hosted a radio talk show on mortgage lending, publishes a weekly Realtor marketing newsletter, and is currently working on writing and publishing a book on buying real estate. Kevin is also qualified as a trainer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) new home buyer program.

Kevin lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife Jamie, his two daughters Makenzie and Raegan, and his son Chase. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing with his kids, exercising, and being outdoors.
